Shirozen primarily ships to customers in the United States but can ship worldwide.

Orders usually process within 2 to 5 business days before shipping. Most US orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, with a typical total delivery time of 7 to 15 business days from the order date.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking by email. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, and returned with tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable.

Final sale items, gift cards, opened or worn hygiene-sensitive accessories, and custom or specially produced items are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return or exchange, email support@shirozen.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
