01
Information collected
The store may collect contact, delivery, order, payment-confirmation, support-message, device, browser, and storefront-interaction information needed to operate the shop.
Payment-card details are processed by the checkout and payment providers. Do not email card details to support.
02
How information is used
Information may be used to process orders, provide delivery and support, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet legal obligations, improve the storefront, and send marketing only where the customer has chosen or the law otherwise permits.
03
Service providers
Necessary information may be shared with Shopify, payment processors, carriers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, and professional or legal providers that help operate the store.
Providers use information under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations. Shirozen does not publish a customer-information selling claim that has not been operationally confirmed.
04
Cookies and choices
The storefront and its providers may use cookies or similar storage for essential checkout, preferences, security, measurement, and—where enabled—advertising.
Browser settings and any storefront privacy controls can limit non-essential cookies. Some essential functions require storage to keep the cart and checkout working.
05
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
No internet system can promise absolute security. Operational access should be limited and protected using Shopify account security controls.
06
Requests and contact
Depending on location, a customer may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Identity and legal exceptions may apply.
