Using the store
By using the storefront, a visitor agrees to use it lawfully and not to interfere with security, availability, checkout, content, or other customers.
Store content may change as products, operations, and policies develop. Material order terms are those shown and accepted at checkout.

Products and imagery
Shirozen aims to describe each piece accurately. Color can vary by display and lighting; washed surfaces, fleece pile, distressing, and similar finishes can show ordinary variation.
Availability is not guaranteed until checkout succeeds. The store may correct an obvious description or pricing error and will contact the customer where an accepted order is affected.

Orders and payment
The customer must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. An order may be declined or cancelled for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, legal restriction, or another legitimate operational reason.
Prices are displayed in USD for the primary United States market. Taxes and any optional paid delivery service are shown where applicable at checkout.

Intellectual property
Shirozen names, marks, imagery, garment graphics, written world-building, and storefront design are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Purchase of a product does not transfer commercial reproduction rights.

Returns and policies
The Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges page form part of these terms. Where mandatory consumer law provides a stronger right, that law controls.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the store is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from storefront use or delivery events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing terms and contact
The governing-law state, legal business name, and business mailing address must be inserted before launch; they are intentionally not invented in this build.
