Drops & Restocks
Drops & Restocks.
Shirozen releases are built around controlled drops, limited production runs, and restocks based on demand, manufacturing capacity, and collection direction.
How Drops Work
New pieces are released through scheduled drops or collection updates. Once a product sells through, it may not return in the same form.
Cart Is Not Reserved
Adding an item to cart does not reserve inventory. Stock is secured only after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed.
Restock Alerts
If a product is sold out, join the restock alert on the product page where available. Restock demand helps decide which pieces should return.
Restocks Are Not Guaranteed
Some pieces return. Some are archived. Restocks depend on fabric availability, production timing, quality control, and whether the product still fits the direction of Shirozen.
Preorders
If a product is sold as a preorder, the product page will state the expected timeline. Preorder timelines may shift due to production, freight, quality inspection, or carrier delays.
Order Changes
For drop releases, contact support@shirozen.com immediately if you need to change an address, size, or order detail. Changes are only possible before fulfillment begins.
Stay Close To The Archive
The best way to avoid missing a release is to join Shirozen email or SMS updates, follow product restock alerts, and check new arrivals during active drop periods.
