Shirozen ships primarily to customers in the United States through shirozen.com. This policy explains processing, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipment issues.
Order Processing
Orders normally process within 2 to 5 business days before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take longer during major drops, restocks, holidays, high-volume periods, address verification, fraud screening, or payment review.
US Delivery Estimates
Most US orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. A typical order should arrive within 7 to 15 business days from the date the order is placed, depending on processing time, destination, carrier performance, and product availability.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If a delivery estimate changes materially, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Available shipping methods may vary based on your location, order size, product type, and current carrier availability.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment may receive a separate tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Shirozen is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
If you notice an address mistake, contact support@shirozen.com immediately. We can only update an address before the order enters fulfillment or ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. If the issue is unresolved, contact support@shirozen.com with your order number and tracking details.
Shirozen will review the issue and assist where possible, but we are not responsible for theft, building delivery errors, or carrier misdelivery after a package is marked delivered.
International Shipping
Shirozen primarily serves the United States. If international checkout is available for your location, shipping rates, delivery estimates, taxes, duties, and import fees will be shown or determined based on your destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes required by their country.
Preorders, Drops, and Restocks
Certain products may have longer timelines due to drop schedules, restock timing, or production planning. Product pages will communicate preorder or special fulfillment details where applicable.
