What is Shirozen?
Shirozen is premium anime-inspired apparel built with streetwear-grade fit, fabric, graphics, and detailing. The goal is not generic merch. The goal is wearable pieces with anime spirit, stronger construction, and a more considered design language.
Is Shirozen official anime merchandise?
Shirozen creates anime-inspired apparel. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, Shirozen is not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any anime studio, manga publisher, production company, or rights holder.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide before ordering. Many Shirozen pieces are designed with a relaxed streetwear fit, which may feel roomier than standard retail sizing. If you are between sizes, size down for a cleaner fit or stay true to size for a more relaxed silhouette.
How long does shipping take?
Orders normally take 2 to 5 business days to process before shipment. Most US orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. During major drops, holidays, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support@shirozen.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes or cancellations before an order has entered fulfillment. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or processed for production, it cannot be changed.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@shirozen.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Will sold-out items restock?
Some items restock, but not every item returns. Shirozen works around limited drops, seasonal demand, and production availability. The best way to know is to join email or SMS restock alerts on the product page.
How should I care for my garments?
Wash inside out with cold water, use mild detergent, avoid bleach, avoid high heat, and air dry when possible. Do not iron directly over prints, embroidery, patches, or raised details.
Why can product details vary slightly?
Wash treatments, embroidery, fabric texture, garment dye, and hand-finished distressing can create small variations from piece to piece. These differences are normal and part of the garment character, provided the product still matches the intended design and quality standard.
