Returns & Exchanges.

We want every Shirozen piece to feel right in hand, on body, and over time. This policy explains return eligibility, exchanges, damaged items, and refund handling.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days are not accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.
  • Returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable.
  • Approved by Shirozen support before being sent back.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or incomplete.
  • Socks, face coverings, or hygiene-sensitive accessories once opened or worn.
  • Custom, personalized, or specially produced items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@shirozen.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, the reason for your request, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not send items back without return approval. Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size, color, or item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue was caused by Shirozen.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@shirozen.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.

If approved, Shirozen will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair route, store credit, or refund.

Refund Timing

Once your approved return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card provider, or payment platform may take additional time to post the refund.
