Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how they are processed, and what conditions apply.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible returns approved under our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days are not accepted unless required by law.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Original shipping fees, unless the refund is due to a Shirozen error or required by law.
  • Items returned worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, incomplete, or outside the return window.
  • Custom, personalized, or specially produced items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@shirozen.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, Shirozen will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair route, store credit, or refund.

5. Return Inspection

Returned items are inspected after arrival. If an item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be refused and the item may be returned to sender.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.

7. Refund Timing

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank, card provider, or payment platform may take additional time to post the refund.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter fulfillment, production, or shipment. If an order is already processing, packed, shipped, or produced, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

9. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, contact support@shirozen.com first so we can review and resolve it. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution while the payment provider investigates.
